**tabata is 8 rounds of cardio (20 on:10 off) so you would run/highknees/jumplunge for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds x 8 for a total of 4 minutes. There is a great application of the iPhone that is a tabata timer that I love. If you are at home just do jump lunges, or high knees & if you are at the gym you can do this on the treadmill. This will really get your heart going.
** Repeat Tabata Cardio & HIIT Circuit 3 times for a total of 16 minutes of tabata and 4 rounds of the HIIT circuit for a total workout time of 32 minutes.
You will be feeling great after this killer workout. A little sweaty, but it’s worth the tons of feel good endorphins that will be flowing through your body! It’s a perfect way to start your day & week.
