this week I made some yummy protein cookies, they are perfect for when you are on the go or post workout..I’ve never attempted to make protein cookies but I loved them & they are super easy to make!
Healthy Protein Cookies
3 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cup oatmeal (GF)
1/4 cup pistachios or (any nuts)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop sun warrior protein vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
Directions: Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mash banana, add oats, vanilla, cinnamon, protein, honey & milk. Mix together. Then fold in all dried fruit & nuts. Spray baking sheet with non-sticking spray & make ice cream scoop sized dough balls and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
