Protein Pancakes

1/2 ripe banana

1 tbsp almond milk

3 egg whites

1 scoop protein powder (SunWarrior Vanilla)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp ground flax

1/2 tbsp chia seed

1/4 cup of blueberries (or any add in’s — dark choc., berries, etc.)

Directions: Mash banana and 1 tbsp almond milk until well combined. Add 3 egg whites and then the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Fold in berries. Cook on medium heat for 5-8 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly. Flip when batter starts to bubble :] I top mine with PB2 greek yogurt (1tbsp PB2 & 2 tbsp greek yogurt), sliced almonds, fresh berries, and a drizzle of honey or agave nectar.

Enjoy lovelies. Such a tasty way to get your protein in — really tricks that noggin.

ps. you’re welcome jess. haha

love. k

      • Yes!! I have plenty of pics on Instagram: rach_walk. They are a year and a half now. Such besties!! I can’t imagine just having one baby now, haha! I was always envious of people that had a twin when I was growing up. It’s such fun to see their relationship develop. :)
