I love me some Tabata HIIT workouts because they are fast & they sure get the job done. Too busy?? all you need is 8 mins. to feel the burn — and I promise you will. ;] if it’s burning it’s changing loves. I named this my happy place workout because I think about my happy placeeee while sprinting my heart out — the beach! Hence, the photo — haha I was a little off balance but I love paddleboards & yoga & the ocean, so it fits! Hope you try it out! Plus, it’s almost beach season – it’s time to get in gear.

I love HITT cardio! It is the best! This sounds great and challenging!
HIIT cardio is my thing. I hate cardio in general so I find HIIT more exciting and less time consuming. I have to try these routines! They sound fab!
I have just started running so I haven’t done intervals or tabata yet but I’m going to save this post for when I’m more in shape!
