ohh happy days!
I can’t even describe how excited I am about this Vegas weather — seriously I just want to stay outside and soak in the sun (w/sunscreen on) of course. Yesterday, my number 1 and I went to our fav. sushi place in LV — Sushi Fever. If you ever come to Vegas you gotta try this little gem out. With warm weather approaching, it only felt right to follow sushi with some FRO-YO. I have a weak spot for frozen yogurt, it’s just soo good. I’ve even looked into buying a machine for my house haha probably not a good idea but one day it might have to happen. When I saw yogurtland’s newest addition I just gleamed with joy — GREEK fro-yo with added protein. love. haha even though it still has some sugar of course, I’ll take it. It was gooood.
Last night’s treats called for an early morning run & workout. This morning I ran 3 miles just to warm up the ol’ legs and then hit the mat for an hour long pilates mat session. It was so nice out this morning that I decided to do it outside in the sun — def. a plus!

For breakky I made my protein pancakes, but instead used my waffle maker.
I’ll be spending the rest of this sunny day outside studying for my ISSA nutrition course, family time, hopefully some spring cleaning, camera research and gardening tips!! I’m starting my garden next week and I can’t even describe how happy it makes me that I will have every herb just 10 ft. away. yay for gardens!
